Complaints and Queries:

We will make our best efforts to respond to your complaint or query within 3 working days of receipt.
In case of a complaint regarding a defective or incorrect product, you must provide complete and proper evidence, including but not limited to receipts, photographs, and videos.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 3 hours after order placement. Immediately email us on customercare@magicpaperwand.com
After this period, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
Once the order has been shipped and handed over to air cargo, we are unable to stop or cancel the shipment, and in such cases, the order cannot be canceled.
