We maintain a strict policy of no returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Evidence Requirement

To process any claims under the exceptions mentioned:

  • Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
  • Submit this evidence within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Free Shipping and Return Policy

As we offer free shipping on all orders:

  • We do not accept returns.
  • If a product has a quality issue, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported promptly with evidence.

4. Usage and Damage

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • It is essential to inspect the product upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If a return is approved for reasons not covered under our exceptions, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Refund Processing
