1. No Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy
We maintain a strict policy of no returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the following circumstances:
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Evidence Requirement
To process any claims under the exceptions mentioned:
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
- Submit this evidence within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Free Shipping and Return Policy
As we offer free shipping on all orders:
- We do not accept returns.
- If a product has a quality issue, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported promptly with evidence.
4. Usage and Damage
- Products that have been used or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- It is essential to inspect the product upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If a return is approved for reasons not covered under our exceptions, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
