1. No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns for any reason.
All sales are final.
2. Defective or Damaged Item Replacement
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not working, you can request a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement:
Evidence is required in the form of clear photos and a video showing the issue.
Evidence must be sent to our support email customercare@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once your evidence is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement unit free of charge.
3. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except when a replacement is not available.
4. Customer Responsibility
Items damaged due to misuse, handling issues, or after-use conditions are not eligible for replacement.
5. Shipping Fees
Since we do not accept returns, no return shipping is required.
Replacements for approved defective items are shipped free of cost.
